These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and any promotional e-mails, leaflets and brochures. By accessing this website and / or placing an order you agree to these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order with Pure Furniture you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Placing an order
A contract between you, the customer, and Pure Furniture is created as follows:
You place an order for products via the telephone, mail order or website. We will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order. (This is not an order confirmation or acceptance from us) Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of the products ordered, unless we have notified you otherwise.
Non-acceptance of an order may be as a result of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
Delivery charge
All our prices shown include delivery to a UK mainland address.
Guarantee
All furniture carries a 2-year guarantee against major manufacturing defects.
Cancelling orders
Customers are entitled to cancel an order no longer than 7 days after the day on which you receive the products.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order despatch please contact our office immediately by email or telephone. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Policy.
If cancellation of order takes place after the items have been delivered, refunds will be made less the cost of delivery.
Payment
All prices quoted are in UK sterling.
Payment may be made
- By Paypal using a credit or debit card (Visa, Delta, Switch, Mastercard, JCB, Solo, Maestro),
- by Paypal
- cheque payable to Pure Furniture
- BACS payment to our bank account (please ask for details)
- telephone with a credit or debit card (Visa, Delta, Switch, Mastercard, JCB, Solo, Maestro)
All credit / debit card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item please contact us in the first instance before returning the goods. Items MUST be returned in the original undamaged packaging and we reserve the right to hold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
Where goods are returned when no fault or damage is reported, delivery charges will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made once the goods have been received by Pure Furniture.
Damages and Faults
Damages must be reported within 7 days of the day you received the goods, and we reserve the right to ask for photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to rectify the problem promptly, providing replacement or refund where necessary. Where goods are returned due to damages or faults, delivery charges will be refunded.
Collection of large items will be arranged by Pure Furniture.
Refunds will be made once the goods have been received by Pure Furniture.
Product descriptions
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, sizes and prices of products appearing on the website and in promotional material are correct. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible. The information including product descriptions may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
Intellectual property and Right to Use
All copyright, trademarks and other Intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the website, emails and promotional material shall remain vested in us or in our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may (if necessary to make a purchase) download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the website is strictly prohibited.

Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from our range at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing or editing any Product from this or for refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
To be eligible to purchase Products you must:
- Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
- Be over 18 years of age
- Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us
